All three of our engagement formats follow the same underlying methodology: we start by understanding the current state of your business honestly, identify the few areas where attention will make the most difference, and work through those with you in a structured way.
The difference between formats is scope and depth — not quality. A Check-In applies the same rigour as a Development Programme; it simply covers fewer areas in a single session. The written output from a Check-In is as carefully prepared as a full playbook.
We don't begin a session without preparation, and we don't end one without agreeing what happens next. That discipline is consistent across all three formats.
Preparation
We review what you've shared before the session and prepare a focused agenda. No session starts cold.
Session
We work through the agenda together, ask the right questions, and identify what actually matters most in your situation.
Written output
Notes, next steps, and any agreed documents are delivered within 48 hours of the session closing.
Follow-through support
Between sessions, you have direct access to the advisor via email for questions arising from the work.
Small Business Check-In
